Planography was founded by Troy Spencer, a town planner with more than 20 years of experience across local government, state government and private consultancy.
Troy has worked on hundreds of planning applications across regional Victoria and has represented clients at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Our team understands planning schemes, council processes, rural zoning, overlays and the practical steps required to achieve a positive outcome. We focus on accuracy, communication and delivering work that meets Council and referral authority expectations.
